PalmR8D ("we," "us," "our") values your trust. This Terms & Conditions document explains the rules and guidelines for using the PalmR8D mobile application, platform, and website (collectively, the "Platform").

By using PalmR8D, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

PalmR8D and all related logos, designs, and software are owned by PalmR8D Technologies.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use PalmR8D.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

You must provide accurate information when registering.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

PalmR8D is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

PalmR8D allows users to post images, videos, text, and other materials. You retain ownership of your content but grant PalmR8D a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and moderate your content on our platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

You agree not to upload or share anything that is:

• Illegal, obscene, or sexually explicit
• Harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Promoting self-harm, violence, or misinformation
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
• Generated by AI to impersonate a person or mislead others
• Violating copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights

PalmR8D reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any content at our discretion.

PalmR8D uses a combination of automated (AI) and human moderation to keep the community safe.

• All text may be analyzed using Google Perspective API to detect toxicity or threats.
• Images and videos may be analyzed using automated scanning tools (e.g., Hive).
• Users can report content or profiles that violate our policies.
• Reported or flagged items are reviewed within 24 hours.
• Accounts involved in repeated or severe violations may be suspended or removed.

Important: By using the App, you agree that some of your data (e.g., posts or text) may be sent to moderation services for analysis.

Users can block other users.

When blocked, the blocked person will no longer see or interact with your profile, messages, or content.

PalmR8D encourages respectful behavior and prohibits harassment of any kind.

By using PalmR8D, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which outline acceptable behavior, posting rules, and enforcement actions.

Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

PalmR8D may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you violate:

• These Terms and Conditions
• The Community Guidelines
• Any applicable law or App Store policy

Upon termination, your license to use PalmR8D will end immediately.

All trademarks, logos, and visual designs are the property of PalmR8D or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or content without permission.

Your privacy is important to us. PalmR8D collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (linked in the App and on our website).

We do not sell user data to advertisers.

By using PalmR8D, you consent to our use of automated tools and third-party moderation APIs for content safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• PalmR8D is not liable for user-generated content or actions by other users.
• We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
• PalmR8D, its founders, and employees are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If major changes occur, you will be asked to re-accept the new version inside the App.

The date above reflects the latest version.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.
